We’re looking for interns who can regularly interact with our in-app conversational assistant
and help us identify issues in how it communicates.
What You’ll Do
● Have daily conversations with the assistant.
● Identify incorrect responses, inconsistencies, or hallucinations.
● Flag memory-related issues (missed context, wrong recall, etc.).
● Evaluate tone, clarity, and response quality.
● Document findings and share structured reports with the product team.
● Suggest improvements based on your observations.
Requirements
● Strong communication and observation skills.
● Good command of English & Hinglish.
● Detail-oriented and patient while testing.
● Any background can apply.
What You’ll Learn
● Practical exposure to conversational AI.
● How to analyse and improve AI behaviour.
● Experience in user research and quality analysis.
Note-Hindi should be Native Language
