Master is one of Eloelo’s flagship apps — a skill-first, outcome-driven learning platform focused on helping users build real-world capabilities through structured content and guided journeys. We’re looking for a Video Editor with a specialization in sound engineering & balancing who can shape how Master looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Video Editor with strong sound engineering skills who can handle end-to-end post-production—from raw footage to final mastered output. This role ensures every video is technically polished, brand-consistent, and platform-ready.
What You’ll Do?
1. Video Editing
Edit long-form and short-form videos as per content brief
Trim, refine, and restructure videos when required, maintain pacing, visual clarity, and storytelling flow
Experience in using AI tools for image generation and video editing
2. Sound Engineering & Audio Mastering
Balance dialogue, background music, and effects
Clean audio (noise reduction, equalization, compression)
Ensure consistent loudness and clarity across all videos
Final mastering for platform standards
3. Final Video Mastering & Branding
Add master logo, branding elements, and outros
Ensure subtitle syncing and formatting
Maintain uniform look, feel, and audio levels across all content
4. Subtitles & Localization
Add, update, and QC subtitles
Ensure readability, timing accuracy, and language hygiene
5. Promo & Short Content Creation
Create promos, trailers, and teasers from existing footage
Edit special calendar content promos (Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, etc.)
Optimize cuts for Shorts, Reels, and social platforms
6. CMS Upload & Content Hygiene
Upload final videos to CMS
Ensure correct titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and metadata
Maintain proper file naming and version control
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years experience in video editing and post-production
Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve along with Veo3/ HeyGen/ Higgsfield/ Eleven Labs and similar AI tools.
Strong knowledge of audio mixing and mastering
Experience working with subtitles and branded content
Understanding of YouTube and short-form platform requirements
Bonus (Good to Have)
Motion graphics basics
Experience editing edutainment or narrative-driven content
Understanding of content performance metrics
