The Role
We're hiring an Associate Director - Growth & Marketing to own our growth engine end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation, all of it, at scale.
This isn't a function you'll run in isolation. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative, set the growth roadmap, own real budgets, and build a team that can execute against it. It's a leadership role in the fullest sense: strategy and hands-on execution, both.
What you bring
8-12+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in consumer internet, social, gaming, or content-led products
A track record of scaling consumer products, not just running campaigns on top of them
Experience owning large budgets and leading teams
Real depth across performance channels, funnels, and attribution
Sharp analytical and strategic thinking
The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across functions
Strong people leadership; you build teams that want to stay
Bachelor's required, MBA a plus
