About the Role

We are looking for an AI Content Producer to develop original story ideas, create engaging fictional worlds and turn them into scripts for AI-generated videos.
The role combines creative development, episodic storytelling and production oversight. You will craft stories with strong hooks, memorable characters, emotional conflicts and compelling cliffhangers, ensuring scripts translate into high-quality videos.
You will work closely with AI Filmmakers, Video Editors and the AI Pod Lead to take stories from concept to finished drama.

What You Will DO?

  • Develop concepts, fictional worlds, characters and story arcs for AI micro dramas.
  • Write episodic scripts with strong hooks, emotional depth, conflict and cliffhangers.
  • Identify dramatic reveals and visual moments suited to AI-generated video.
  • Create creative briefs, character descriptions, scene breakdowns and visual references.
  • Collaborate with AI Filmmakers and Video Editors to bring scripts to life.
  • Review AI-generated footage for storytelling, visual quality and character consistency.
  • Refine scripts and resolve creative and production challenges.
  • Use watch time, retention and completion data to improve storytelling.
  • Build repeatable storytelling frameworks for scalable production.

What You Bring?

  • 3+ years of experience in screenwriting, creative writing or scripted content.
  • Strong storytelling skills across character development, narrative structure and episodic pacing.
  • Ability to create imaginative worlds and compelling characters.
  • Strong dialogue-writing and characterisation skills.
  • Ability to visualise scripts and communicate creative intent.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in AI-generated video.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
