About the Role
We are looking for an AI Sound Engineer to bring characters and stories to life through AI-generated voices, dialogue and sound design.
You will use AI audio tools to create character voices, dubbing, voiceovers and soundscapes for AI micro dramas. Working with Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors, you'll ensure audio supports each scene's storytelling and emotional intent.
You'll combine AI voice generation, sound design, editing and mixing to deliver natural, consistent, production-ready audio.

What You'll Do

  • Generate AI character voices, dialogue, voiceovers and multilingual dubbing.
  • Maintain consistent character voices across scenes and episodes.
  • Design soundscapes using music, ambience and sound effects.
  • Use AI tools for voice generation, translation, transcription, lip-sync and audio enhancement.
  • Synchronise voices with video for natural timing, pacing and expression.
  • Edit, clean and mix audio for production-ready output.
  • Fix unnatural voices, inconsistent delivery, synchronisation issues and background noise.
  • Collaborate with Content Producers, AI Filmmakers and Video Editors to align audio with creative intent.
  • Explore AI tools to improve audio quality and production efficiency.
What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with AI audio tools such as ElevenLabs.
  • Strong understanding of sound design, audio editing, mixing and mastering.
  • Knowledge of voiceover production, dubbing and audio-visual synchronisation.
  • Ability to create distinct, natural and expressive character voices.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of sound in storytelling.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and evolving workflows.
  • A portfolio showcasing sound design, voice generation or dubbing.
